Aliya's style of brining Yoga is an unexpected blend of strong, playful, releasing and relaxing. Through out the years of practice and learning Aliya's Yoga is based on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Kundalini, Budokon, Martial arts.

And till today she keeps discovering new ways of movement. One of the most passionate is dance. Tasting different styles of dance, she found that it's not the technique or steps that drive her feet. But the freedom of movement itself. Worldwide known - Ecstatic dance, Spontaneous movement or 5Rhythm dance by Gabrielle Roth (therapeutic liberating dance). Is the core of Aliya's self practice. Dancing, sweating the emotions, feeling and thoughts out. Offering the shake of the shoulders, head, arms and legs back to the Nature - is the prayer that lives in her heart.

Aliya enormously in love with Human Body Phenomena. Constantly she is learning, picking bit by bit wisdom from all available sources. The body that connects with the mind and opens the door to the mystery of humans soul and spirit. She believes in the concept of conscious anatomy. She has been studying embryological psycho somatic development of human’s physiology and anatomy by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Somatic Experiencing by Peter Levine Continuum movement by Emilie Conrad, Yoga approach to the physical and subtle bodies, Qigong and Tao practices by Mantak Chia.

There is no limit for learning. And there is plenty of time to study - is the credo of Aliya's everyday life.
