In September we moved from Equinisity Ranch, after living with Liz, Kevin and the herd for almost 2 years. It has been unforgettable time and experience. Every living being of this land is forever in my heart. So many amazing, funny and magical moments shared. In that last morning I visited horses in the barn before we started moving. They knew everything and expressed gratitude and blessed the way. Horses don't say good bye. For endings is only a human concept. Nature continues and exist beyond time. One day I will say hello again. To this herd or another. For all of us are connected through vibration of peace and trust. Aliya

Everything is a Living Sound. Horses perceive sounds with their whole body. Inside out. Despite super developed inner ear, eustachian tube, and all the skull structure and muscles, the whole body, including skin and fur are all working as one big acoustic receiver. They can direct perception and focus on one source of sound, while isolating others. And then can hear it all at the same time. And they can hear our emotions, thoughts and actions. Because everything is emitting frequency waves. Which means that they are hyper sensitive. Which means that sound frequency can impact their wellness. And that's why horses in different environment exhibit different behavior. I am grateful to all horses for leading me in my acoustic vocal abilities. They became very first reflectors and directors in my voice sessions. Through peace, or injury, stress or dying process. All is learning. Sound is a Teacher. Aliya Galim

Nervous system reset and relaxation in horses. Horses have a system that sits like an axis throughout out inner ears, vestibular sense, mandibular joints, optic nerves, mouth muscles, and all the way through the neck to the croupe muscles. It's a communication between myofascial lines and nervous network. When they roll their eyes, chew, yawn, lick or bite all of this is activated at the same time causing a deep reset and relaxation. It's the best state in which a horse receives and accepts new information. This can be used in bonding, development, and helping the horse to shift from fight-flight-fear to trust-listen-choose. This is Vince - Arabian gelding who prefers to be solo. He is part of the whole group at BC Horse Angels rescue, but usually keeps aside. The group doesn't fully accept him either. witth time they found their own dynamic to navigate this relationship. He stays around, but not tight. On this video you can see how Vince is relaxing into intimate physical contact with another horse. Such energetic technique can help even in such relarionship matters. The other horse is also relaxing and receiving these vibes from and through Vince. Because peace and trust are contagious. This works the same way in humans, especially through yawning and tearing. Though our jaw and neck muscles are totally different. The more we understand the language of the body and energy, the more we can support ourselves and others. thank you ~ Vince and Aliya
