Equine Resonance
Equine Resonance is an experience of harmonic energetic development between a human and a horse
No expectations
I have been working individually with humans since 2013, by guiding them back to inner harmony. Then I have been working with horses since 2022, by applying energy impact to relax and rebuild their psychological and energetic state. I soon realized that these two species can come together and share the process for own benefit. And I am not inventing a new wheel here, because humans discovered equine therapeutic abilities centuries ago. However, today it is still viewed as one-sided work: people apply healing to horses, or people use horses for own healing.

In this method, both, human and horse can experience spontaneous, simultaneous and reciprocal development. They both can learn in a mutual presence, without expecting anything from each other. It means that horse is not giving therapy or playing role of a healer to human. This work reminds us that we cannot expect other living beings (animals or plants) to solve our problems and fix our state. This is an exploit-free process, where human has a chance to remember own abilities and take back responsibility of own choices in life. And then be present with a horse as an equal ally.โ
My Role
Animal encounters started spontaneously for me as a natural consequence of harmonizing my energetic and physical health. I didn't need to study horsemanship or grow in a saddle in order to develop relationship with horses. What I needed, was to focus on my inner self for 2 decades and remember dormant abilities of energy, body and mind.
This allowed me to understand and communicate with horses in non-human language to create curious learning environment for myself and them. And so my spontaneous equine education began in 2021 leading me to my first horses teachers.โ
Sessions with humans
Welcome to experience Equine Resonance in-person. The session may last anywhere between 1-3 hours. There is no plan or structure in this work. Interaction will be naturally orchestrated by energy, horses and your presence. However I will be guiding you through applying Fluent Body Method, in order to give you access to inner tools, so you can be present as an active participant, instead of passive receiver. There will be minimum of conversation, as this is not a talk-therapy.
If you have something specific to work on (e.g. health issue, relationship matter, emotional trauma) I invite you to drop the intention to get rid of it, transform it, or heal. You have to be realistic that 1 horse encounter will not solve issues that require your personal action and responsibility and it takes time. Months or sometimes years.
However, be aware that you may achieve psychosomatic calmness, peaceful central nervous system, energetic messages from your body and calm mind. It will allow you to remember your Original State - harmony and balance. And to make this State last and work, it requires your personal active contribution.
