ACCOMMODATION During period from June to early October, accommodation is in a canvas tent, surrounded by fir forest and lake. There is an outhouse toilet and comfortable shower. There is no WIFI, but you will have a good connection in a hammock and massage table, where our sessions will take place, right under the sky. This is a perfect condition for resetting your nervous system and sleeping pattern, without any obstacles of interfering frequencies. NUTRITION that synchronizes with the flow. During your stay you will receive light and healthy homemade food, mostly vegetarian. This allows all gut tissues and muscles to relax and release tension. Lighter vegetarian food will preserve energy that we require for your internal explorations. Please reach out if you have any allergies, intolerance or vegan preference. TRANSFER r pick and drop-off between Kamloops and the ranch. Unless you're getting here with your own vehicle.
GUIDANCE Every session will include diving through the map of the body, work with energy body and vocal practice. Session may last between 30 min up to 3 hours. I don't know how many sessions you will need, your body will inform us. IBOGA handmade extract will be offered to you on daily basis, as an additional support of your inner process. According to your requirement I might be giving you herbal tonics together or separately from Iboga. These plants grow wildly on the ranch and I use intuitive body-language to pick and make it. VOCAL SOUND practice will be our foundation to reset your energy field. I will be using my voice to activate or move certain energies through your body. You will be exploring your voice outside the box of traditional signing as well. EQUINE PRESENCE of horses who live freely on the ranch. Whether you are a horse person or not, you will have a chance to discover these animals and your relationship with them beyond common labels. Meditating, napping, breathing and walking together. Witnessing these animals will deepen your work immensely. This is not equine therapy, but my own intuitive way, where we will be guided by the horses. NATURE: walks, hikes and communication with the land. You must be physically fit enough, so you can walk. However it's not a typical hike. We will be moving slowly, intuitively, with the rhythm of your heart, resting and working with energy on our way. You will receive and embrace every gift that Time and Nature will present you. So prepare yourself to be free, wild and spontaneous like a child.
